Process Detail

How KAVRON OEM/ODM Works Step by Step

From initial inquiry to repeat orders, here is the complete private label process with KAVRON.

Phase 1: Planning and Sample (1-2 Weeks)

Share your target market, customer profile and brand positioning with Shawn. We recommend the optimal TPU substrate, thickness, coating system and adhesive configuration based on your climate zone and competitive landscape. For Color PPF orders, we develop custom color samples for your evaluation. First round samples are typically ready within 5-7 business days.

Phase 2: Packaging Design (1 Week)

While samples are in transit, our design team prepares your custom packaging — box artwork, product labels, barcodes and color swatch book layout. You can provide your own design files or use our in-house design service. All packaging supports multilingual printing for your target market language.

Phase 3: Trial Order (1-2 Weeks)

Place a trial order from 50 rolls with your custom packaging to evaluate the complete product — film quality, packaging presentation, label accuracy and logistics. This is your opportunity to test market response before committing to larger volumes. Shipping to most international ports takes 7-15 days by sea freight.

Phase 4: Bulk Production and Repeat (Ongoing)

Once the trial order is confirmed, we schedule bulk production with consistent quality control — incoming material inspection, roll-by-roll visual check, coating uniformity verification and pre-shipment random inspection. Repeat orders maintain formula stability and batch consistency. Lead time for regular orders is typically 10-15 business days.
